I help mothers realign their Circadian Rhythm so they can feel grounded, energised + reconnect back to themselves.
Why I Created GROUNDED
As a mother of three young children, I know what it's like to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and barely present, running on empty while trying to show up for everyone else. In 2019, I hit my lowest point before discovering that realigning my circadian rhythm was the missing link to feeling like myself again.
But this work didn't just come from my own transformation.
GROUNDED was designed from my journey AND the wisdom of working with hundreds of mothers over the past 10 years as a Naturopath.
I've witnessed firsthand what happens when we address the root cause, not just the symptoms. When we realign a mother's natural rhythm, everything shifts: hormones harmonise, energy restores, sleep deepens, and presence becomes effortless.
When mothers thrive, children thrive too.

I work very intuitively with each client, tuning into your energetic field and getting to the root cause, so this journey is deeply personalized to you—not a one-size-fits-all.

We move at the pace your body can integrate, not the pace your mind wants to push. We honor what's emerging in each session. We go to the root cause, not dance around symptoms.

Before our first session, you'll complete a detailed assessment where I map your current rhythm:
Sleep patterns (when you're falling asleep, waking, quality of rest)
Energy cycles (when you crash, when you're wired, your cortisol patterns)
Menstrual phases (cycle length, ovulation, luteal phase quality, bleed patterns)
Daily routines (morning rituals, evening wind-down, consistency)
Eating times (meal timing, late-night eating, breakfast patterns)
Light exposure (morning sunlight, daytime outdoor time, evening screens, artificial light at night)
Stress triggers and nervous system responses
Movement patterns and their effect on your energy
Biggest health struggles and what's affecting your daily life most
This gives me everything I need to identify exactly where your circadian rhythm is disrupted and how it's causing your specific symptoms, so we can create your personalised realignment plan and your “Daily Rhythm Checklist”.

I work 1:1 for a minimum of 8 weeks with each client. You can then choose to extend your package for a further 8 weeks. Currently only taking on Australian clients due to time difference and my availability.
What to expect once you're in:
You will receive a welcome email immediately upon enrolment which will include your Comprehensive Circadian Assessment to complete before our first call. If you don’t receive this email please check your junk email. In this email you will be given a link to book your 4 x Naturopathic sessions in advance to suit your schedule over the following 8 weeks.
We'll spend our first session mapping your current state of wellbeing, covering nutrition, circadian rhythm, nervous system regulation, and daily practices.
Then the real work begins. You implement, I support you via WhatsApp between sessions and your body begins to remember its natural rhythm. And slowly, steadily, everything shifts.
This is deep work. And I'm with you every step of the way.

Yes. I live in Australia in the middle of no where (Western Australia) and with young children my LIVE zoom sessions are only available in AWST during my work hours 9am-2pm.
