Every realignment plan I write is grounded in over ten years of naturopathic practice, circadian rhythm science, and the lived experience of having walked this path myself. I am a qualified Naturopath with 10+ years of embodied wisdom in circadian biology, hormonal health, and nervous system regulation, and I have fully lived and breathed this recalibration myself.
This is an embodied integration of my training, hundreds of client transformations, and a deep, personal understanding of what it takes to restore a woman's rhythm; in her real, full and demanding life.
When circadian rhythms are disrupted by modern life - late nights, lack of sunlight, irregular eating times, artificial light at night, or daily stressors, the body releases more stress hormones and fewer restorative ones, leaving you exhausted but wired, hungry but nauseous, desperate for rest but unable to sleep and ultimately feeling fatigued, irritable, and disconnected.

Once you book, I’ll send you your Comprehensive Circadian Rhythm Assessment — a comprehensive questionnaire where you tell me the full story of your body. Take 30+ minutes to answer honestly and completely. This is the beginning of being truly seen.

I sit with your assessment personally — reading every word, mapping your cortisol curve, your light environment, your menstrual cycle, your energy leaks, your nervous system patterns. I identify exactly where your rhythm has drifted and what wants to be restored first.

3. I reach out via email (if needing more clarification)
Before I finalise your plan, I may send you a personal email with a small number of clarifying questions. This ensures every detail of your realignment plan is specific to you. I want to make sure we don’t miss anything.
4. Your roadmap arrives
Your Personalised Realignment Plan and Custom Daily Rhythm Checklist land in your inbox. Written entirely for you — your patterns, your life, your season. You can begin the moment you receive them.

5. Optional add on; Naturopathic consultation
There is option (for Australian residents only right now, due to my AWST zone), to meet on Zoom for a personalised Naturopathic consultation where we walk through your plan together. In 2019 I lost my own rhythm completely. Waking at 3am, running on caffeine, completely disconnected from the woman I knew myself to be. Finding my way back through circadian recalibration with light, rhythm, and listening to my body; this has now became the foundation of everything I offer.
