I had to hit rock bottom in 2019 before discovering circadian rhythms - the missing link I didn’t know we all needed, and what no Naturopathic textbook or degree ever taught me.

I created The Circadian Way from my own journey as a parent who needed a better way.

Not another set of “should’s” or rules to follow, but a return home - to the natural rhythm our bodies crave and need;

- real, living rhythm that works with our biology in motherhood + beyond.
